Motorways A1 to the north and A20 to the east serve the airport, and there is bus service every 6 minutes to central Lübeck; a shuttle bus (A20) connects to the Lübeck rail station when flights arrive. Hourly regional trains from Lübeck to Kiel and Lüneburg stop at the airport’s station.
